Exchange & Return Policy
At Maison Nasamat, your satisfaction is our top priority. You are welcome to open and inspect your order upon delivery to make sure everything is exactly as expected.
Eligibility for Exchange or Return
– The original box and packaging must be kept, even if the product has been opened. – The item must be in good condition, with all accessories and packaging included. – Return or exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Return & Refund Process
– Our courier will collect the return directly from your address. – Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, the refund is handled through the shipping company, and we will transfer the amount to you once the returned order is received.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
